Instant Murukku / Chakkli
Thus is very easy to prepare & Very crispy . Basically this recipe is made with very less ingredients what we have home always .

- Idli Rice flour 1 cup
- maida 1/2 cup
- red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
- turmeric powder 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- cumin seed 1 tsp
- asafoetida 1/2 tsp
- butter 1 tbsp
- curd 1/2 tbps
- water as required
- oil to fry
In a bowl add idli rice flour, maida, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed, asafoetida and butter mix it
add curd and mix it
add required water and mix well
make a fine and soft dough
Take a murukku mould, apply oil and stuff the dough
Press it and make a shape
Heat the oil and deep fry it until it get golden brown
Now instant murukku is ready to serve
