Malabar Style Spicy Mince Chicken Fry
Stir fried chicken with ginger, garlic and garam masala to create a flavorful side dish that can be made for gathering. It goes well with chappati, nice pathiri etc.

1/2 kg Chicken Marinate the chicken pieces in a mixture of chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and deep fry in hot oil. 3 nos. Onion 2 nos. Tomato 4 nos. Green chilly 1 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Turmeric powder 2 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Pepper powder Coriander leaves little Curry leaves little 2 tbsp Oil Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces.
Mince the fried chicken pieces into long shreds.
Heat oil in a pan and saute onion until it becomes light brown in color.
Add tomato, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, coriander leaves, garam masala, salt and saute for 5 minutes in low flame.
Add minced chicken and combine it well.
Add pepper powder and saute for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.
Serve it with chappati.
