Vanpayar Paayasam/Red Cow Peas Payasam
This is a traditional prelaration of paayasam in malabar side muslims.Red cow peas is rich in fiber,protein,vitamins and minerals.Cow peas tones the spleen,stomach and panceras.it helps induse urination also.

Instructions
Wash the red beans and the cook it in the pressure cooker by adding a pinch of salt.
Grind coconut,ragi and ,keep a fine mesh stainer over a large bowl .
Add cooked vanpayar and mix well.
Keep a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour melted jaggery through it.
Cook another 3-4 minutes .when it boil,turn off the stove and keep it aside .
Vanpayar paayasam is ready to serve.
