Excess parota 3 no. Egg 3 no. Onion 1 no. tomato 1 no. green chili 2 no. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt to taste oil 4 tsp
finely chop the onion, tomato and green chili
make a small pieces of parota
heat the oil in the kadai and saute the onion for 3 mins
add tomato, green chilli and mix it
add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper, garam masala and salt and mix well, and 1 glass of water and cook the masala
add egg, mix well with masala
add parota and mix well
allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flames
Now Egg scrambled parota is ready to serve
