Egg Scrambled Parota is one of the wonderful recipe for Breakfast.Normally this prepaed with excess parotta available. the excess of parota give a delicious recipe with egg.

  • finely chop the onion, tomato and green chili
  • make a small pieces of parota
  • heat the oil in the kadai and saute the onion for 3 mins
  • add tomato, green chilli and mix it
  • add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper, garam masala and salt and mix well, and 1 glass of water and cook the masala
  • add egg, mix well with masala
  • add parota and mix well
  • allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flames
  • Now Egg scrambled parota is ready to serve
