Instructions
- make a small pieces of parota
- add tomato, green chilli and mix it
- add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper, garam masala and salt and mix well, and 1 glass of water and cook the masala
- add egg, mix well with masala
- add parota and mix well
- allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flames
- Now Egg scrambled parota is ready to serve
