soak the mustard in vinegar for 2 hours
remove from vinegar and a make fine paste
in a bowl add hung curd mix with chicken
add mustard paste, salt, green chili paste, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, oil and turmeric powder and mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
in a baking tray add chicken and bake for 1/2 hour by preheating 200c for 10 mins
once baked it drill it for 5 mins
now sarso ki tangiri is ready to serve
