Crispy Veg Spring Roll

This quick recipe for spring rolls will show you how to make this authentic Asian appetiser at home. These are crunchy from exterior and delicious from within.

Ingredients
  

  • For Dough
  • Maida 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • For masala
  • carrot 1 no.
  • potato 1 no.
  • beans 5 no.
  • capsicum 1/2 no.
  • onion 1/2 no.
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • maida 2 tsp
  • corn flour 2 tsp
  • bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • oil to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • make dough with maida, salt and water
  • finely chop the onion, carrot, beans, potato, and capsicum
  • heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion
  • add chopped vegetables and mix it
  • add red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and cumin powder and mix it
  • cook the vegetables until the it get cooked with oil, if need add addition oil
  • from a dough take small ball and roll it in straight
  • stuff the masala
  • roll it
  • dip in maida and cornflour
  • spread the bread crumbs
  • heat the oil and deep fry it
  • now crispy veg spring roll is ready
