Egg Samosa
This egg samosa recipe is prepared with scrambled egg, Capsicum and onions. Childern and light minded people favorate egg samosa is simply seasond with salt and peppar stuffing with boiled egg in samosa.

For Dough
Maida 1 cup
salt to taste
water as required
For masala
egg 3 no.
onion 1/2 no.
capsicum 1/2 no.
salt to taste
pepper 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
cumin seed 1/2 tsp
oil to deep fry
Instructions
make dough with maida, salt and water
finely chop the onion and capsicum
heat the oil and saute the onion and capsicum
add egg and mix it
add pepper, salt, garam masala, cumin seed and mix it
cook until egg get scarmble
from dough take small ball and roll it
stuff the egg masala
Fold as samosa shape
heat the oil and deep fry the samosa
now egg samosa is ready
