condensed milk
cashews & raisins

pure ghee
Instructions
fry the cashews and raisins in 1 tbsp pure ghee. keep it aside.
mix carrot and milk in a nonstick vessel and cook in medium flame by stirring occasionally.
once the milk is reduced add the sugar and stir continuously.
mix in the fried dry fruits and cardamom.
add the remaining pure ghee and condensed milk. mix well.
stir continuously in low flame till the halwa starts sticking to the spoon and leave the sides of the vessel.
