Simple Gobi Tandoori

Cauliflower 1 cup
tandoori masala 2 tsp
salt to taste
Curd 1 tsp
lemon 1/2 no.
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
maida 2 tsp
corn flower 3 tsp
rice flower 3 tsp
colour powder 1 pinch
Instructions
Chop the gobi into medium size
In a bowl add maida, corn flour, rice flour, tandoori masala, salt, ginger garlic paste,curd, lemon, colour powder and little water and make a batter
add cauliflower and mix well and marinate for 5 mins
In a baking tray grease the oil and keep the marinated cauliflower
bake for 20 mins in oven by preheat the the oven in 180 c for 5 mins.
