Surrakkai Bhajji

This is the evening snack and its best combo with tea and coffee. This is very tasty and healthy snack. We should deep fry the surrakkai in oil with bajji masala. This very good for sugar patients. This is soft too. This surrakkai bajji have to cut in thin slice. That makes perfect bhajji.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Surrakkai / bottle gourd
  • 1 cup Besan flour
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • ½ tsp Asafeotida
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add all the ingredients ans mix well with little water
  • Now peel and cut thin slice of Bottle gourd
  • Now heat oil and dip slice in mixture
  • Now drop in oil and fry golden color and turn back and cook both side well
  • Now its ready to serve Surrakkai Bhajji
