- Surrakkai / bottle gourd - ½
- Besan flour - 1 cup
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Asafeotida - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Oil(for frying) -

Instructions
- In bowl add all the ingredients ans mix well with little water
- Now peel and cut thin slice of Bottle gourd
- Now heat oil and dip slice in mixture
- Now drop in oil and fry golden color and turn back and cook both side well
- Now its ready to serve Surrakkai Bhajji
