Soak the peas split and bengal gram in water for 2 hours
In blender add red chili, ginger, cinnamon, cloves,garlic, fennel seed and salt and make a paste
Add soaked bengal gram and peas split and grind it
Chop the onion, green chili, curry leaves and coriander leaves
Finely chop the caulifower
In a bowl add dal, Cauliflower, onion, green chili, curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well
Mix well
Make a round shape
heat the oil and deep fry it
Now cauliflower vadai is ready to serve
