- Cauliflower : 1 cup -
- Peas split 1 cup -
- bengal gram 1/2 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- green chili 4 no. -
- curry leaves 10 no. -
- Red chili 4 no. -
- Ginger : small piece -
- cinnamon small piece -
- clove 4 no. -
- garlic 3 no. -
- fenugreek seed 1/4 tsp -
- coriander leaves small amout -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil to deep fry -

Instructions
- Soak the peas split and bengal gram in water for 2 hours
- In blender add red chili, ginger, cinnamon, cloves,garlic, fennel seed and salt and make a paste
- Add soaked bengal gram and peas split and grind it
- Chop the onion, green chili, curry leaves and coriander leaves
- Finely chop the caulifower
- In a bowl add dal, Cauliflower, onion, green chili, curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well
- Mix well
- Make a round shape
- heat the oil and deep fry it
- Now cauliflower vadai is ready to serve
