chop the cauliflower and wash with the hot water
cube the onion, tomato and capsicum
soak the tikka stick in water for 15 mins
in a bowl add maida, corn flour, rice flour, red chili powder, tandoori masala,salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon and colour powder and add some water and mix well
add cauliflower and mix well and marinate for 10 mins
in a Tikka stick insert in order onion, tomato, capsicum and cauliflower
grease the oil in the baking plate, place the cauliflower stick and apply oil
preheat the oven for 5 mins in 180 c and bake the gobi tikka for 15 mins and grill it for 5 mins
now gobi tikka is ready to serve
