Gobi Tikka

Gobi tikka is a variation of paneer tikka very different in taste. This gobi tikka is ideal for parties and also everyday home cooking.

  • chop the cauliflower and wash with the hot water
  • cube the onion, tomato and capsicum
  • soak the tikka stick in water for 15 mins
  • in a bowl add maida, corn flour, rice flour, red chili powder, tandoori masala,salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon and colour powder and add some water and mix well
  • add cauliflower and mix well and marinate for 10 mins
  • in a Tikka stick insert in order onion, tomato, capsicum and cauliflower
  • grease the oil in the baking plate, place the cauliflower stick and apply oil
  • preheat the oven for 5 mins in 180 c and bake the gobi tikka for 15 mins and grill it for 5 mins
  • now gobi tikka is ready to serve
