Paneer Mushroom Bajji
Bajji Is the famous Tea time snack in Tamil Nadu, usaully we used to prepare by Raw banana, onion and etc, first time i tried with paneer and mushroom. This is the Best in Bajji's recipe

Paneer 1/2 Cup mushroom 1/2 cup capsicum 1/4 cup cheese 1/4 cup aloo 1/2 cup red chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chat masala 1/2 tsp salt to taste lemon 1 tsp oil to deep fry For batter Besan flour 1 cup carom seed 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp salt to taste oil 1 tsp
Chop the Mushroom and capsicum
in a bowl add boiled and mashed aloo, grated paneer, cheese, mushroom, capsicum, red chili powder, garam masala, salt,chat masala, lemon
mix well
In another bowl add besan flour, red chili powder, salt, carom seed, garam masala, oil and water
make as a thick batter
take a small ball and make as shape
dip in the batter
heat the oil in the pan and deep fry
Now paneer Mushroom Bajji is ready to serve
