- Besan flour : 1 cup -
- carom seed 1/2 tsp -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -

- in a bowl add boiled and mashed aloo, grated paneer, cheese, mushroom, capsicum, red chili powder, garam masala, salt,chat masala, lemon
- mix well
- In another bowl add besan flour, red chili powder, salt, carom seed, garam masala, oil and water
- make as a thick batter
- take a small ball and make as shape
- dip in the batter
- heat the oil in the pan and deep fry
- Now paneer Mushroom Bajji is ready to serve
