For preparing the delicious dish, first cook the beef in half a cup of water along with turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds powder and salt in a pressure cooker up to 5 whistles or until done. Keep cooked beef aside.
Heat oil in a vessel and saute ginger-garlic paste in it for 1 minute and keep it aside.
Add thinly sliced onion and saute until it becomes soft and light brown in color.
Add coriander powder and red chilly powder and saute for one minute.
Add tomato, green chilly, koorka pieces, curry leaves & coriander leaves. Saute it for 5 minutes.
Add little water, boil and let the chinese potato or koorka cook well.
Stir in cooked beef, pepper and garam masala. Cook it again for 5 minutes in medium flame. The delicious curry dish is ready to serve.
