chop the onion, tomato and green chili
par boil the soya chunks by adding salt and water
in pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, and curry leaves
saute the onion for 5 mins
add tomato and green chili and mix well
add ginger garlic paste and mix it
add salt, turmeric powder and curry masala powder and mix well
add 1 glass of water and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
add soya chunks and mix it
allow to cook until the masala get cooked and mix well with the soya chunks
now soya chunks curry masala is ready to serve, garnish with coriander leaves
