- Soya chunks 1 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Green chili 1 no. -
- Salt to taste -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- curry masala 2 tsp -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Coriander leaves : to garnish -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Curry leaves 5 no. -
- Coriander leaves : to garnish -

Instructions
- in pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, and curry leaves
- saute the onion for 5 mins
- add tomato and green chili and mix well
- add salt, turmeric powder and curry masala powder and mix well
- add 1 glass of water and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
- add soya chunks and mix it
- allow to cook until the masala get cooked and mix well with the soya chunks
- now soya chunks curry masala is ready to serve, garnish with coriander leaves
