  • chop the onion, tomato and green chili
  • par boil the soya chunks by adding salt and water
  • in pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, and curry leaves
  • saute the onion for 5 mins
  • add tomato and green chili and mix well
  • add ginger garlic paste and mix it
  • add salt, turmeric powder and curry masala powder and mix well
  • add 1 glass of water and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
  • add soya chunks and mix it
  • allow to cook until the masala get cooked and mix well with the soya chunks
  • now soya chunks curry masala is ready to serve, garnish with coriander leaves
