prepare dough from wheat, water, and salt
finely chop the onion, capsicum, garlic, and green chili
boil the aloo and mash it
heat the oil in the pan and saute the garlic and onion and allow for 2 mins until it changes the colour
add capsicum and green chili and mix it
now add mashed aloo, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, punjabi garam masala and coriander pwoder and mix well
add coriander leaves and mix it, now stuff is ready
take a two small ball from dough and roll
stuff the aloo masala
cover by another rolled dough
press and roll it again and make a thick stuff paratha
heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both the side
now daba style aloo paratha is ready
