Daba Style Aloo Paratha

  • prepare dough from wheat, water, and salt
  • finely chop the onion, capsicum, garlic, and green chili
  • boil the aloo and mash it
  • heat the oil in the pan and saute the garlic and onion and allow for 2 mins until it changes the colour
  • add capsicum and green chili and mix it
  • now add mashed aloo, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, punjabi garam masala and coriander pwoder and mix well
  • add coriander leaves and mix it, now stuff is ready
  • take a two small ball from dough and roll
  • stuff the aloo masala
  • cover by another rolled dough
  • press and roll it again and make a thick stuff paratha
  • heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both the side
  • now daba style aloo paratha is ready
