In a warm milk add sugar and yeast and allow for 10 mins to dissolve
in a bowl add egg and beat well
add yeast milk, maida, salt to an egg
add oil and make as a dough and cover with the clothe and allow to get ferment for 2 hours cover with cloth
once it get ferment, mix again and greeze the ghee and dust the maida in the loaf pan and keep the dough and allow for 30 mins again to get ferment
preheat the oven for 10 mins in 180c and bake the bread for 40 mins
now sweet bread is ready, slice the bread and serve it
