Round bun is my first try and it came out well. the texture, colour and softness od this bun is really good. we can have this bun in snack time along with tea or coffee
In a warm milk add sugar and yeast and allow for 10 mins to dissolve
in a bowl add egg and beat well
add yeast milk, maida, salt to an egg
add oil and make as a dough and cover with the clothe and allow to get ferment for 2 hours
in a baking a tray greeze the oil and dust the maida
after two hours once the dough get ferment and again mix well and take small ball, roll like round shape and keep it in the baking tray. preheat the oven for 10 mins in 180c apply oil or ghee to the bun and bake it
