Channa Mandra is a Himachal dish. Madra is a thick, yogurt based gravy that is a popular dish in Pahari. It is a rotein rich dish prepared with channa and yougurt with different spices. It is the best side dish for rotis.

Instructions
In pan add oil and temper jeera ,Cloves, cardamom, cinnamon
Now in bowl add all spices powder and mix well and sauté well
Now add boiled channa mix well
Now add Yogurt and mix well cook for 10 mins
Now in bowl add rice flour and add water pour in Channa . cook well
Now The Famous Himachal Pradesh Mandra is ready to serve.
