Rajasthan Kachori

Kachori is a kind of Rajasthani snack, a fried pastry filled with a spicy onion filling. This glorious delicacy is not to be missed. It is one of the most famous spicy snacks from Jaipur and vicinity.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Wheat
  • Water required for dough
  • Salt as per taste
  • Stuyffing
  • 2 Potato boiled
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 chopped Green chili
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add flour and salt and water make soft dough and keep aside
  • In pan add oil and temper ginger and garlic and green chili and sauté onion
  • Now add boiled potato mix well and add garam masala
  • Add chopped coriander mix well keep aside.
  • Now divide dough take small portion and stuff potato mixture.
  • Now make ball and flat thin with roll pin
  • Now heat oil and deep fry well and drain out
  • Now the Rajasthan Kachori is ready to serve.
