Mango Jam

Ingredients
  

  • Mango 4 no.
  • sugar 5 tsp
  • lemon 1 no.

Instructions
 

  • peel the skin and take the flesh of mango
  • add to the mixi jar and make fine paste without adding water
  • add the mango paste in the pan and mix well
  • continue stir for 5 mins and add sugar and mix well and allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame
  • squeeze the lemon and stir for 5 mins
  • allow to until it becomes jam consistency
  • now mango jam is ready
