Mango Jam

sugar 5 tsp
lemon 1 no.
Instructions
peel the skin and take the flesh of mango
add to the mixi jar and make fine paste without adding water
add the mango paste in the pan and mix well
continue stir for 5 mins and add sugar and mix well and allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame
squeeze the lemon and stir for 5 mins
allow to until it becomes jam consistency
now mango jam is ready
