Street Side Kothu Parota

This is very famous all street side food. This is very simple and easy to do. We use all leftover parota and gravy with this kothu parota. This is very tasty and hot spicy too.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Left over parota
  • ½ cup chicken gravy
  • 2 chopped Onion
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 1 satring Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add oil and sauté onion and curry leaves
  • Now add tomato and sauté well
  • Now add salt and garam masala, sauté till raw smell goes
  • Now cut parota into small pieces
  • Now add egg and cook till raw smell goes.
  • Now add chopped parota
  • Now add Chicken gravy and mix well
  • Now add pepper and salt as needed. mix well
  • Now the Street Side Kothu Parota ready to serve with gravy.
