- Left over parota - 8
- chicken gravy - ½ cup
- Onion - 2 chopped
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Curry leaves - 1 satring
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- In a pan add oil and sauté onion and curry leaves
- Now add tomato and sauté well
- Now add salt and garam masala, sauté till raw smell goes
- Now cut parota into small pieces
- Now add egg and cook till raw smell goes.
- Now add chopped parota
- Now add Chicken gravy and mix well
- Now add pepper and salt as needed. mix well
- Now the Street Side Kothu Parota ready to serve with gravy.
