Curry leaves
as required
Instructions
Remove the outer skin of plantain flower and cut into small pieces
Heat oil in a pan splutter the mustard in it and add dry red chilly.
Add plantain flower,turmeric powder and salt.saute it again for 5 minutes.
Grind the coconut with shallots,green chilly and curry leaves
Add it into the upperi and cook it again for 2 minutes.
Serve it with rice
