Baby corn 1 cup
maida 1/2 cup
corn flour 1/2 cup
salt to taste
black pepper 1 tsp
oil to deep fry
Instructions
Cut the baby corn in four pieces
in a bowl add maida, corn flour and salt and mix it
dust the baby corn with the flour
with the remaining batter add pepper, and water make as a batter
dip the baby corn one by one
heat the oil and fry it
Fry until it becomes golden and crispy
serve hot with ketch up
