Fried Baby Corn

Fried Baby Corn is a popular Chinese starter.Baby corn strips dipped in a pepper spiced cornflour batter are deep fried and served hot with sauce ketch up gives amazing taste

  • Baby corn 1 cup
  • maida 1/2 cup
  • corn flour 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • oil to deep fry


  • Cut the baby corn in four pieces
  • in a bowl add maida, corn flour and salt and mix it
  • dust the baby corn with the flour
  • with the remaining batter add pepper, and water make as a batter
  • dip the baby corn one by one
  • heat the oil and fry it
  • Fry until it becomes golden and crispy
  • serve hot with ketch up
