- Baby corn 1 cup
- Capsicum 1/2 no.
- onion 1 no.
- red chili 1 no.
- green chili 1 no.
- tomato puree 3 tsp
- ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- salt to taste
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- garam masala 1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- oil 5 tsp
- cumin seed 1 tsp
slice the onion and chop the capsicum
in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed and red chili
add onion, green chili and capsicum and saute it for 3 mins
add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and mix well until the raw smell goes out
add red chili powder. salt. turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala and mix it
in mean while bar boil the baby corn by adding little salt
add par boiled baby corn to the masala and mix it
allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame until the masala get cooked with baby corn
now baby corn masala is ready
