Black Channa Quick Gravy

This is a all time favorite side dish for roti lovers.this is a simple method of preparing a good healthy gravy.

Ingredients
  

  • black channa 1 cup (soak it overnight)
  • onions 1/2 cup chopped
  • tomatoes 1 cup chopped
  • ginger garlic paste 1 sp
  • potato chopped 1/2 cup
  • chilli powder 2 sp
  • dhania powder 2 sp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 sp
  • salt
  • kasturi methi 2 sp

Instructions
 

  • saute bay leaf with onions
  • add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste
  • add potatoes
  • add soaked channa
  • add chilli powder, dhania powder,turmeric, and salt
  • add water close lid and cook for 2 whistles. finally add kasturi methi and serve
