Black Channa Quick Gravy
This is a all time favorite side dish for roti lovers.this is a simple method of preparing a good healthy gravy.

- black channa 1 cup (soak it overnight)
- onions 1/2 cup chopped
- tomatoes 1 cup chopped
- ginger garlic paste 1 sp
- potato chopped 1/2 cup
- chilli powder 2 sp
- dhania powder 2 sp
- turmeric powder 1/2 sp
- salt
- kasturi methi 2 sp
saute bay leaf with onions
add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste
add potatoes
add soaked channa
add chilli powder, dhania powder,turmeric, and salt
add water close lid and cook for 2 whistles. finally add kasturi methi and serve
