Bitter Gourd Gravy
Bitter gourds are good for anti ageing,diabetes and blood sugar control .This is a tasty bitter gourd gravy that hides its bitterness and goes well with rice.

bitter gourds sliced 1 cup coconut grated 1 cup fenugreek 1 sp cumin seeds 1 sp mustard 1 sp cury leafs few 6 flakes garlic 5 shallots chopped 1 cup tomato 1 tamarind paste 1/2 cup red chilli powder 2 sp corianderr powder 2 sp salt
saute fenu greek, cumin seeds,mustard
add shallots and curry leaves and garlic
add bitter gourd and saute gently for few minutes until partially cooked
add tomatoes and cook till soft
grind coconut along with red chilli powder,coriander powder
when it boils add tamarind paste and allow it in flame untill the oil oozes out again and serve
