- bitter gourds sliced 1 cup -
- Coconut grated : 1 cup -
- fenugreek 1 sp -
- cumin seeds 1 sp. -
- mustard 1 sp -
- cury leafs few -
- Garlic : 5 - 6 flakes
- shallots chopped 1 cup -
- tomato 1 tamarind paste 1/2 cup -
- red chilli powder 2 sp. -
- corianderr powder 2 sp -
- Salt -

Instructions
- saute fenu greek, cumin seeds,mustard
- add shallots and curry leaves and garlic
- add bitter gourd and saute gently for few minutes until partially cooked
- add tomatoes and cook till soft
- grind coconut along with red chilli powder,coriander powder
