Ingredients

chicken leg peices (large) 2 nos
rice flour 2 sp
corn flour 4 sp
salt
egg white yolk 1
red chili powder 3 sp
turmeric powder 1/2 sp
red color a pinch (optional)
ginger garlic paste 1 sp
ajino motto 1/4 sp
gingelly oil 1sp for mixing
Instructions
first pressure cook the chicken for 3 whistles
add the marinating ingredients
finely blend it together
apply this paste to the cooked chicken pieces to it and set for 1 hour.
deep fry in oil both sides
serve with onions and cucumbers
