- chicken leg peices (large) 2 nos -
- rice flour 2 sp -
- corn flour 4 sp -
- Salt -
- egg white yolk 1 -
- red chili powder 3 sp -
- turmeric powder 1/2 sp -
- Red color : a pinch (optional) -
- ginger garlic paste 1 sp -
- ajino motto 1/4 sp -
- gingelly oil 1sp for mixing -

Instructions
- first pressure cook the chicken for 3 whistles
- add the marinating ingredients
- finely blend it together
- apply this paste to the cooked chicken pieces to it and set for 1 hour.
- deep fry in oil both sides
- serve with onions and cucumbers
