karunai kilangu 5
red chilli 3 nos
tomato 1/2
fennel seeds 1 sp
ginger 1 small piece
garlic 3 flakes
curry leafs few
turmeric powder 1/4 sp
red chilli powder 1/2 sp
salt
Instructions
take few yams and boil it as such
peel skin and slice it
deep fry it in oil
grind shallots,ginger,gaqrlic,fennel seeds,tomato, curry leaf and salt
heat this mixture adusting salt chilli powder with turmeric
to this add fried yam and curry leafs
stir untill crisp and serve
