Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds red chilli and coriander powder,saute for 2 minutes.
Add this masala and onions in a mixer .
Add coconut,ginger garlic paste,chili powder,coriander powder and grind it well in a mixer.
Heat oil in a kadai add onions and green chilies saute for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes to this and saute for 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste also saute for 2 minutes.
Add ground paste to this and add chili powder and turmeric powder and saute for a minute.
Add kudampuli to this and add salt and water to this and boil for 2 minutes.
Add fish to this gravy and cook for 10 minutes.Add curry leaves to this and mix well.
Now goan fish curry is ready.
