Areeram
This is a traditional nadan snack sweet variety. This is prepared with rice flour and jaggery. As jaggery is used, it is good for health.

- 250 g Rice flour
- 200 g Jaggery
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- Oil as required
Melt jaggery with water as required
Mix rice flour with melted jaggery, cumin and salt to make smooth dough.
Make small balls out of it
Heat oil in a vessel and fry it till brown color.
Serve it.
