Aloo Pepper Fry Easy
Aloo Pepper fry is one of the easy and instant fry for lunch box, which will give good side for all kind of variety rice

- Aloo 1cup
- onion 1 no.
- black pepper 1 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
- oil 4 tsp
- mustard 1/2 tsp
- broken urad dal 1/4 tsp
- cumin seed 1/5 tsp
- curry leaves 1 bunch
slice the onion and chop the aloo into cubes
heat the oil in the kadai, and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, cumin seed and curry leaves
add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
add aloo, black pepper, salt and turmeric powder and mix well
allow to cook until the aloo gets cooked
keep the flame in low for 5 minutes to get the slight crispy
now aloo pepper fry is ready to serve
