- aloo 1cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Black pepper : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/4 tsp -
- cumin seed 1/5 tsp -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -

Instructions
- slice the onion and chop the aloo into cubes
- heat the oil in the kadai, and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, cumin seed and curry leaves
- add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
- add aloo, black pepper, salt and turmeric powder and mix well
- allow to cook until the aloo gets cooked
- keep the flame in low for 5 minutes to get the slight crispy
- now aloo pepper fry is ready to serve
