Ragi Nattu Sakara (Jaggery)Puttu
This is a different dish and also has an unique taste. Ragi with the combination jaggery really gives you a lots of nutritional benefits. Normally, jaggery instead of sugar is always recommended.

nattu sakara
1
pinch
cardamom powder
1/4
cup
Coconut

tsp
Ghee
Hot water
for sprinkle
Instructions
n pan add ragi flour and fry for 2 mins till aroma rise
Now allow to cool and add ghee, sprinkle hot water with little salt
add more water till the flour with wet form . just sprinkle little. because it absorbs more.
Now steam for 15 minutes and allow to cool
Now transfer to plate and add nattu sakara and coconut and cardamom mix well
Now its ready to serve Ragi nattu sakara Puttu
