Millet Idly
Millet idly has been in my to try list for a long time. ragi and colam is good for health. it gives good healthy break fast for every one

- ragi 2 cup
- colam 2 cup
- idly rice 4 cup
- urad dal 1 1/2 cup
- salt to taste
soak the ragi, colam, idly rice and urad dal for 3 hours in water
grind it by adding water in grinder and allow to get fermented
once it get ferment, add salt, mix well and pour it in idly steamer and cook it for 15 minutes
once it get cooked remove from steamer. now millet idly is ready, serve with chutney sambar
