- ragi 2 cup -
- colam 2 cup -
- idly rice 4 cup -
- urad dal 1 1/2 cup -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- soak the ragi, colam, idly rice and urad dal for 3 hours in water
- grind it by adding water in grinder and allow to get fermented
- once it get ferment, add salt, mix well and pour it in idly steamer and cook it for 15 minutes
- once it get cooked remove from steamer. now millet idly is ready, serve with chutney sambar
