Methi Dhebra
this is good for health and its Gujarati recipe. this is easy to do and pack for travelling.

- 1/2 cup Methi
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Besan flour
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Asafeotida
- 1/4 cup Curd
- Oil for frying
Now wash and clean Methi and chop well
Now in bowl and flour and mix well
Now add all other powders and mix well . Now add methi and mix well
Now add curd and mix well . Now add little water and make soft dough
Now roll small ball and keep aside
Now heat oil and fry the Dhebra and turn both side and drain out
Now its ready to serve Methi Dhebra
