Methi Dhebra

this is good for health and its Gujarati recipe. this is easy to do and pack for travelling.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Methi
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Besan flour
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 pinch Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Asafeotida
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Now wash and clean Methi and chop well
  • Now in bowl and flour and mix well
  • Now add all other powders and mix well . Now add methi and mix well
  • Now add curd and mix well . Now add little water and make soft dough
  • Now roll small ball and keep aside
  • Now heat oil and fry the Dhebra and turn both side and drain out
  • Now its ready to serve Methi Dhebra
