green gram a handful
ragi a handful
pepper 1/2 sp
jeera powder 1/2 sp
salt
butter milk 1 cup
Instructions
soak green gram and ragi for 8 hrs
sprout it for 8 hrs
cook both together in a cooker
grind the cooked sprouts
add pepper salt and jeera powder to it
mix butter milk and serve
