Ingredients
  

  • green gram a handful
  • ragi a handful
  • pepper 1/2 sp
  • jeera powder 1/2 sp
  • salt
  • butter milk 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • soak green gram and ragi for 8 hrs
  • sprout it for 8 hrs
  • cook both together in a cooker
  • grind the cooked sprouts
  • add pepper salt and jeera powder to it
  • mix butter milk and serve
